Spanish architect

Talk to your architect – each in your own language

You write in English, your architect reads and replies in Spanish. Everything stays with the drawings, and no detail gets lost in translation or in an e-mail thread.

Each writes in their own language

Messages are translated automatically with the right building vocabulary. You can always see the original on your side.

    Comment right on the drawing

Drop a pin or draw a box, an ellipse or an arrow exactly where it matters – on photos, 3D renders and every page of the PDF.

Photos, sketches and PDFs in the reply

Your architect can upload photos, sketches and revised drawings as PDF right in the reply – several files at once, no account, even from a phone.

        Proofreading before sending

Before a message goes out, AI checks spelling and grammar in the language it is written in. You choose whether to use the suggestion.

          How to get started

Moving the conversation with your architect here takes a few minutes:

          • Add the architect as a contact with role and language
          • Press "Give access" – the architect gets a personal link in their language, on the project's own domain
          • Use "See as recipient" to see exactly what the architect sees before you send
          • Write, mark up the drawings and refer to photos – the architect replies with text, photos, sketches and PDFs

A calm workspace for the architect

The architect does not see the family photos but a calm workspace: what is waiting for an answer first, then the conversation, the drawings with the latest revision and what is new since the last visit. Collections you mark as "only for work links" appear only there.

Notices arrive by e-mail in the architect's language, and a plain reply to the e-mail goes straight to you.

          Something you can rely on

Everything stays on record with dates, so it is easy to see what was agreed and when. If a translation should fail, MinePlaner holds the e-mail and asks you before anything goes out in the wrong language.

          Frequently asked questions

Does the architect need an account?

No. The architect uses a personal link and needs no account or password.

          Can the architect upload files?

Yes. The architect can attach photos and PDFs (up to 2 GB per file) to a reply. The files land in your project, next to the message they belong to.

          How good is the translation?

It is made for building conversations and uses the right technical terms. You can always see the original on your side, and important agreements should be confirmed in writing.

What does it cost the architect?

Nothing. Architects with many projects of their own can use the Architect plan: 20 projects for €399 a year excl. VAT.

Ready to show off your project?
