How we process personal data in MinePlaner. Last updated 6 October 2026.
Data controller
Webspesialisten AS is the controller for data about accounts and use of the service. For content you upload to a project, you are responsible, and we process it on your behalf.
What we store
Name, email address, company name if you provide one, your projects and the content you upload. Passwords are only stored as a secure hash.

Logs and IP addresses
We log logins, changes and views of project pages. IP addresses are never stored in plain text, only as a code that changes every month, together with country and browser type.
Cookies
We only use one necessary cookie for login and one for your language choice. No tracking and no ads.
Sub-processors
Payments are handled by Stripe. Email is sent through our Norwegian email provider. Translation of content, when you use it, is done through OpenAI.
Retention
View logs are deleted after 24 months. Projects that are not renewed are deleted 90 days after they expire. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Contact us at info@mineplaner.no.
