How it works
Create the project
Choose a name and an address – for example villa-alicante.mineplaner.no.
Upload
Drawings, documents, photos and video from the site. We compress them automatically.
Share the link
Choose what to show and send a short link to family, your architect or a builder.
Everything in one place
Made for people who build their own home
For private individuals building or renovating – in Norway, Spain, Portugal, the UK or anywhere in the world – who want an overview, want to show their progress and want to keep the documentation safe.
Presentations and share links
Short secret links and a 4-digit code. A beautiful page for family with slideshow and film – or a working page for the architect. AI drafts it for you.
Talk to your architect – each in your own language
Pin comments on photos and PDF drawings and reply in threads. Everything is translated automatically between English, Norwegian and Spanish, and both get an e-mail when the other replies.
Photos, video and drone
iPhone originals (HEIC), films and drone video are compressed automatically. Place and camera direction from GPS, and collections where one photo can be in many.
Import from iCloud and Google Photos
Paste the link to a shared album – originals come in with date and location, duplicates are skipped.
Drawings with revisions – and AI that reads them
Plans with R1, R2 … AI reads the architect's PDF: floors, rooms and areas, translated – and puts plans and 3D renderings into your photos.
Budget and build cost
Estimate, actual, paid and remaining – in several currencies at today's rate. AI estimates what the house costs to build where it is.
Tenders
Send drawings and a brief to several builders with personal links, and compare their quotes side by side.
AI concepts and interiors
See how it could look: sketches on your own photos, and furnishing of the real room – from the drawing or a photo.
See an example
This is what a project page can look like: a house under construction on the Costa del Sol, with drone video, drawings and progress.
